Full Startup Website Designed, Built and Launched in 3 Weeks
The Challenge
The startup had a product demo ready and an investor meeting in 24 days. They had no website — only a PDF deck. They needed something live and credible, with fast load times (investors would check on phone), SEO foundations, and a lead capture form. They had been quoted 6-8 weeks by two agencies. We said 3 weeks.
How We Did It
Day 1-3 — Discovery and design
We ran a 2-hour discovery session to understand the product, target audience, key differentiators, and investor messaging. We created a site map (7 pages) and high-fidelity wireframes in Figma in 48 hours. The client approved design on day 3 with minor revisions — we do not iterate endlessly, we get it right with one round of feedback.
Day 4-14 — Development
We built the site in Next.js 15 with Tailwind CSS. Key technical decisions: static generation for performance, Cloudflare CDN for global speed, Supabase for the lead capture form backend. We write clean, semantic HTML from day one — no retrofitting SEO later. By day 14, all 7 pages were built and working in staging.
Day 15-18 — Content, SEO and testing
We did a full SEO setup: meta titles, descriptions, Open Graph tags, schema markup, XML sitemap, robots.txt, Google Search Console submission. We ran Lighthouse audits and pushed the score to 100 across all four categories (Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, SEO). We tested on 8 device sizes and 3 browsers.
Day 19-21 — Launch and handover
DNS migration, SSL setup, final QA, and launch on day 19. Days 20-21 were buffer for any post-launch issues (there were none). The client had the site 3 days before the investor meeting. We also gave them a Notion guide on how to update content without touching code.
"Two agencies told me 6 weeks. Optibillion said 3 and delivered in 3. The site is fast, it looks great, and the investor was impressed. We got the term sheet two weeks later."
