Services

Optibillion provides digital marketing, web development, AI automation and content creation services. The scope of work is defined per engagement in a separate agreement or proposal.

Payment Terms

Monthly retainers are invoiced at the start of each month. Project-based work requires 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. All prices are in INR and exclusive of GST.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables (websites, content, designs) become your property. We retain the right to display work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

No Guarantee of Results

Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control including Google algorithm changes and market competition. We commit to best efforts and transparent reporting.

Termination

Either party may terminate monthly services with 30 days written notice. Project work cannot be cancelled once development has commenced.
